Five things are confirmed on a live call before a meeting is booked. Budget for the project, a real timeline, the project type you want, a location inside your service area, and that the homeowner is not already sitting on five other quotes. The contractor sets the criteria up front.

What if the homeowner lied to get the meeting?

Accepted Answer

The meeting is replaced free. If it was booked against the agreed criteria and the homeowner turns out to be unqualified because they were not honest on the phone, it does not count against you.

Will you work with my competitor?

Accepted Answer

No. Proven Projects works with one kitchen and bathroom company per service area. Every homeowner booked is exclusive to that contractor and never resold.
